Only 10% of employers said they provide menopause-related accommodations like flexible hours, health or wellness programs, extra time off or specialty benefits like hormone therapy, according to a report from insurer NFP — which may be a missed opportunity to strengthen benefits offerings. Many menopause symptoms happen during a woman’s peak years in their careers and could lead to attrition, a PwC report said.

But AI is far from the only reason employers are increasingly turning to upskilling, especially as finding the right talent for certain skill sets becomes even more difficult, the report indicated.
