HR leaders say flexibility is key when it comes to benefits. Rather than one-size-fits-all benefits, workers want personalized ones that reflect their individual needs, experts have told HR Dive.
Employers have implemented things like expanded parental leave, ‘pawternity’ leave and paid leave for military spouses to help with moves to try to meet workers where they are and address their changing needs.
Increasingly, companies, too, are providing more robust fertility benefits, from in vitro fertilization coverage to funds for surrogacy. Some are even opening on-site child care centers for working parents.
