The number of law students who alleged that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Acting Chair Andrea Lucas are acting outside of their authority in threatening to investigate the diversity, equity and inclusion practices of 20 major law firms, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
